We’re very excited to announce a Tillotson T4 exhibition race for juniors and seniors! This race will run similarly to our Mini classes, with both juniors and seniors competing in a single combined race.
For anyone unfamiliar, the Tillotson T4 go-kart is an accessible, pro-level kart powered by a super-reliable 225cc four-stroke engine that delivers great value for the money. Aimed at reducing costs and improving accessibility, the T4 class uses the same chassis and engine package to help ensure a level playing field where driver talent is the true differentiator.
The Tillotson T4 also serves as a great transition kart for drivers with experience in rental karts and leagues who are looking to take the next step toward professional motorsport.
Any existing Tillotson T4 kart owners are encouraged to compete in this special exhibition race as part of our inaugural season finale.
Don’t own a T4 kart? No problem! Precision Driving Concepts (PDC) is offering a special “Arrive & Drive” program for this event. This turnkey rental option provides you with a chassis and engine rental, plus track support, fuel, and a tent area, for only $1,200 ($400/day; race fees not included). That’s a fraction of the cost of similar pro-karting options!
Drivers who are 5’1″ or taller and age 11 or older are eligible to sign up.
And that’s not all. PDC is also hosting one-on-one introductory T4 lessons to bring interested racers up to speed with the kart. These lessons include four 15-minute lead-follow sessions on K1 Circuit’s Pro Track, free use of safety gear, and coaching on racing lines, braking, kart control, and track awareness.
The price of the lesson is only $650. Drivers who are 5’1″ or taller and age 11 or older are eligible to enroll. No prior karting experience is required.
Those who have either completed the introductory lesson or have adequate experience racing in K1 Circuit’s Semi-Pro Series leagues can take advantage of open practice rental sessions with PDC. These rentals include five 15-minute track sessions on the Pro Track layout for just $450.
Limited spots are available and are expected to sell quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
If you are interested in any of these T4 options listed above, please reach out to KC Cook of Precision Driving Concepts at [email protected].
